Things to consider before you apply:

  1. You must be over 18 to enter the competition.
  2. We strongly recommend you look at some of the previous entries, judging process and resources.
  3. Read our FAQs or contact us if you have any questions.
  4. Use the #bl_labs hash tag if you want to share your ideas with others.

What happens to your entries?

The descriptions from selected entries will be made available on the Labs website after the judging panel has met.
Please note that all submissions may be considered for further development.

Licensing and Intellectual Property

If you are developing software for the competition, we require that it is open source software and made available, royalty free. Participants must ensure that entries do not in any way infringe copyright, intellectual property, or licensing conditions.
